The Meusemuscle Method is a comprehensive collection of exercises and techniques designed to prepare and strengthen the mind and body for musicianship. Its creator, Mohammad Mehdi Babaei, explains: “After twenty years of research into different types of injuries affecting musicians, I have identified the root causes and developed exercises to address them. These exercises are specifically designed to target the challenges musicians face, strengthening both the physical and mental aspects of performance. By helping to prevent injuries, they ensure longevity in a musician’s career. However, these exercises aren’t solely for injury prevention. They are also beneficial for all musicians who want to enhance their strength, speed, endurance, and independence, particularly in the wrists and fingers, while training proper body mechanics

Performing music at different levels requires high  coordination of muscles, sufficient concentration, and precise functioning of the nervous, motor, and muscular circuit systems. These skills are developed through years of practicing long, repetitive, and high-pressure exercises. The issue here is that as musicians enhance their abilities and techniques, their performance repertoire becomes more time-consuming and complex. To achieve expression and mastery of their desired skills, they are compelled to continue practicing in challenging and stressful conditions. Unfortunately, over time, this not only diminishes their movement functions but also leads to  making them susceptible to injuries

Sports medicine has made significant advancements in dealing with athletes’ injuries during the early stages of their injuries. However, musicians usually have minimal contact with medical and pathology centers in the initial phases of their injuries. Even if they seek medical attention, they often do not receive the necessary treatments and specialized solutions tailored to their specific needs.
To acquire the necessary skills, an athlete undergoes specialized training and deals with various aspects, including bodybuilding exercises, mind and body recovery, proper nutrition and sleep, as well as paying attention to breathing, stretching, isometric exercises, warming up, and cooling down for their sports health.
Therefrom , musicians often lack these items, and the prevalence of injuries raises concerns about how to address and prevent these issues, sparked the initial research into a method that is called Musemuscle.
In fact, through deep contemplation, attention to various surrounding factors, perseverance, and enduring hardships over time, a comprehensive and scientifically-based approach named Musemuscle emerged, with Mohammad Mahdi as the pioneering figure and founder.
The Musemuscle Method encompasses over 170 unique and specialized exercises for the entire body, with a particular focus on wrists and fingers. It also includes the development of techniques and tools tailored to musicians, such as weights and labels.
Emphasizing the alignment of wrists and fingers, understanding anatomy, addressing common injuries and complications, activating both hemispheres of the brain, and incorporating all eleven essential elements required in music and musician training programs, the Musemuscle Method stands as a significant scientific achievement.
This method focuses on strengthening, educating, and conditioning the mind and muscles, making it the most specialized educational approach in the world for fundamental musicianship, akin to artistic bodybuilding.
The exceptional achievements and innovations of the Musemuscle Method not only prevent musical injuries but also complement therapeutic solutions.
It is noteworthy that the exercises, tools, solutions, techniques, and recommendations within the Musemuscle Method can now be used for various other art forms, students, employees, and even homemakers.
The hope is that one day, the exercises and techniques from the Musemuscle Method can become a savior for honing any skill in any profession, promoting a healthy lifestyle for everyone.

Musemuscle introduces a fresh approach to musician training, rooted in a new educational culture. The method emphasizes the importance of mental preparation and physical readiness through targeted muscle exercises. It includes a series of specialized routines tailored for each instrument, followed by cool-down exercises to maintain hand flexibility. Musemuscle even allows musicians to keep their hands in optimal condition without the instrument, ensuring that time away from playing does not hinder physical conditioning.

The method also addresses the physical demands of playing, including posture, instrument handling, and hand movements. Incorrect techniques can lead to injuries and disrupt both mental focus and playing ability. Musemuscle offers customized solutions to recognize and treat these issues, ensuring that musicians can perform without unnecessary physical strain or injury
